It was learned yesterday that the iPad, available in 9 countries, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and the UK starting May 28, can now be pre-ordered, but how much 3G service will cost one may ultimately be the deciding factor with respect to which model one opts for.
